No, in general you can not. As with regular skills there are sublevels to experience. So getting is precise overview is not possible, however there are different methods for getting a good indication.

With players who have been in your club for at the least 16 weeks, and have a minimum of inadequate experience, there is a very effective method.
Do this:
- Log into Hattrick, choose my club and "training"
- click "Change Coach" and then "use existing player"
- Choose the player you want to investigate.
- His tactical skills are not important, so just choose one of them. You can now see how much it costs to make him into an inadequate coach. Note that it is the price for making him an inadequate that you need, no matter how high a level of experience the player has.
- This price can then be compared to the table below and in that way you can see how many points your player has gained.

If the player as an example cost 40.300 it means that he has in between 9 and 10,9 experience points.

With players who do not qualify for this process there is sadly not any good way to estimate the experience points.
